wipkr's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local laws.
